Building a new PC. Is this enough fans. Can this max out triple A titles?

Solution
That PC will easily max out games at 1080p, and will perform well at 1440p.

If I could make some suggestions though, if this PC is primarily going to be a gaming rig consider getting an i5 instead of an i7. Games don't really take advantage of hyperthreading, so it's a good way to save $100. Also, you should only buy a K-series chip if you plan on overclocking. If you are not going to overclock, save yourself some money and go with a non-K CPU. The i5-6500 is probably the best bang for the buck for non-overclockable chips.

I would also recommend getting a bigger SSD. Considering how much you're spending in parts, I figure you can afford to budget at least an extra $50 for a 250GB SSD. Trust me, you will feel constrained with only...

Also, why do you need a separate NIC?

As for fans, since I don't see any in your parts list, I'm assuming you're not buying any extra other than the fans that come with the case, which is 2 front intakes and 1 rear exhaust. I think that will be fine. Even if it's not, the good thing about case fans is that you can always add more later. Monitor your temps for a bit after you build this machine, and if you think they're too high, add an extra front intake, followed by a top exhaust if you still think you need more fans after that. You shouldn't need to fill all the fan slots on this case though. Not unless you really like fan noise :D
