Activate Win7 Ultimate- Make Genuine

I have an older computer I use for certain programs which has a Non-Genuine version of Win7 Ultimate. I have taken steps to get rid of nagware (SLR-MGR reset) but am now at a point where I cannot do this anymore. I would like to buy a legal version and apply the key to my current setup without having to wipe my system. I do not want to upgrade and just want a stable Win 7.

Any help is appreciated.

If you had an illegal OS, you SHOULD clean install just in case. Just buy the OS of your choice (Win 10 Home is currently the cheapest) from a VALID AUTHORIZED RESELLER, and reinstall.

So this is a bit tricky since there are no major sellers that look to be selling Win 7 Ultimate versions, just Pro and Home. Erm... I never offered or suggested a way to bypass activation. I simply told the OP to buy a copy of Windows and do a clean installation, much like how basroil and hang-the-9 have.
