So I upgraded my RAM from 12gb to 32gb and I honestly haven't been noticing too much of a difference so I wanted to make sure I was using them correctly and I never changed the frequency so I went into bios enabled XMP and changed the frequency to 1866. When I saved then went back into bios this is what it showed. https://imgur.com/a/6onY5 Any help?

Depending on what you use your computer for, your probably not even reaching 12GB. You won't notice a difference going from 12GB to 32GB because you weren't even using the 12GB, the bottleneck is somewhere else. There are types of work that would make use of 32GB of ram, but 99% of users do not do that work. I don't know about your usage though. I am making an assumption.
