My Specs:
MB: Asus MAXIMUS VII HERO
CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K
CPU cooler: Corsair H100I
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 1000W
OS: Windows 7-64bit

Thank you very much for your help and advice.

Solution
It will depend on your individual CPU, you may need a slight CPU OC to run 2400 sticks at 2400. Otherwise no compatibility issues, I run 2666 TriX with one of my 4770Ks and 2800 TriX with the other (in sig)

Hi Sailor R Thomas :) All would be OK performance wise.

The GSkill Trident X series would be my pick however, you should check that the kit you choose, are on the ASUS QVL list for tested kits.

Hi MeanMachine41, I checked the QVL list and for some reason I couldn't find the one's I chose...which is why I'm here seeking advice. I also tried that pcpartpicker.com site but it cited compatibility issues in that the speed will be reduced using some of those. :)

Thank you so much for mentioning that, I didn't have the slightest clue about what to do!
