Will a Gigabyte GeForce GTX 750 Ti OC 2GB GDDR5 fit an Asus P5Q3 motherboard?

My motherboard is an Asus P5Q3, with an LGA775 Cpu, and 4 GB DDR3 RAM. Is it compatible with a Gigabyte GTX 750 Ti OC 2GB GDDR5 128bit grapich card? Thx. for the answers! :)

LGA775 is beyond outdated. You will not get the same Frame Rates in games as you would with a i5-4590 for example. Basically the Cpu can only think so fast so the video card as to wait in most games. Adding that card will still be an improvement.
