You should not overclock a laptop even if you have the ability to do that through BIOS or a utility. Unless it's a high end laptop with enough cooling, nothing good will happen to it. At best you will see a few % points speed increase, the other side is you will end up with a dead laptop due to overheating and stress on the chips.
