I highly doubt there will be any major bottlenecking, if any at all. The i5-6500 is quite a recent CPU, so it probably will not bottleneck the GTX 1070, if there is any bottlenecking, then I doubt it will cause too much hassle, with it being up to 3.6GHz and quad-core, you should be good.
