So basically, i need a PC for an architect

He'll be using it for CAD and programs like ArchiCAD ect for rendering stuff.
I need to be as cheap as possible but it needs to be relatively good in doing the job.

I built this, but not sure if it's good.

An architect, like a gamer, needs lots of monitor space and lots of graphics card. Rendering wants CPU and graphics card resources. You want a top end gamer PC with a 32 inch 4K or 5K monitor. Whether a "professional" graphics card is worth the extra $$$ will take more research to see if there are drivers that are optimized for your specific application.
