I am looking for a business broadband Package with an ISP as I am upgrading from a normal ADSL to FTTC (I know, its not FTTP, but BT Openreach is useless).

I am just looking for general suggestions, so far I have made inquiries to a few ISPs.
(They essentially all cost the same over 2 years despite 'save £300 vs BT' BS )

BT - Their sales team was horrifically bad and gave me no confidence in them. They essentially told me if my internet speed dropped from for example 30 mbps to 0.1 mbps they wouldn't care as it counts as 'working'.

XLN - The sales team seemed very good, however I discovered that they are posting a lot of FAKE reviews on trust pilot . Not only that, they are going on forums when people ask questions like this, pretending they are customers and claiming they have had 'an amazing experience'. There are also other issues with them...

EE - No longer provides business broadband

Plusnet - Many people I have spoken to etc say plusnet is good, however its customer service, looking at reviews now seems to be horrible.

b-Online - Never really heard of them until now, cannot find any reviews on them either.

Zen Internet - They seem to have very positive reviews mostly, however there are some poor reviews that express issues with the customer service.

Talk Talk - Avoiding for reasons surrounding negligence concerning the safekeeping of customer details. What idiots.

There are other ISPs who provide business broadband (such as virgin media etc) but what I am asking essentially is what do you folks recommend? What experiences have you had with ISPs?

Thank you for your time folks :).

I would not trust reviews about customer service, way too often it's something that was clearly the customer's fault because they did not read something in the service plan or did something they should not have and expect free stuff, free fix, etc... Also most people that post reviews only do so when it's a bad experience. Same thing for any product review, unless the person writting the review clearly knows what they are talking about, you can ignore that review. I don't know how many times I read a bad review for a TV or something, and the review states "I though the TV had this Super HDMI Fancy Pony connection, but when I got it, it did not" or "I assumed the product can do this but it does not". "My laptop was out of warranty for 2 years but they refused to fix it or free when I think they should". People don't know what they are doing or don't know how to read a spec sheet and then give a bad review to an otherwise good product or service.

A bad review for customer service could just be someone venting because they expect something that is not possible, or they started yelling or cursing at the tech support person, and we know how well that will work LOL you're likely to be spending the next 5 years on a 10kb/s connection.
