I bought new parts and PC wont boot

I just bought a new PC and installed all the parts, when i turn on my PC the fans spin for half a second and then stop.

My specs:
I3 4170
ASUS H81M-K
4GB RAM DDR3
GTX 750 TI 2GB

help please

Like I said, low quality garbage.

Its possible that something else is the problem, but bottom line that PSU needs replaced first because you are putting all the other parts at grave risk by using that pile of garbage. Not to mention that troubleshooting with such an unstable variable could be completely pointless.

I have a Generic 500w Psu that came with the case, it has no brand
 


Houston, we found the problem.

That Generic "500w" unit will likely struggle to power your system with a 750ti.

Bottom line: buy a real power supply ASAP because that scrap piece of metal in the PSU compartment is built with such low quality that it will fry all of your parts with even the 300w demand your system has.
