Core i7-5500U 3.0 GHz
Intel HD 5500 + Additional discrete graphic card(AMD Radeon R5)

On many site they say if i have two graphic card i can replace one
P.S If i can replace one, what graphic card should i buy?

Solution
I doubt it. You can contact Lenovo customer support to verify this, but I like I said, laptop Bios are very limited in what changes they will allow.
The HD 5500 can't be replaced because it's part of your CPU. The Radeon might be able to be replaced with a more powerful card, but because of the expense and limited support your BIOS will have, I doubt this is even feasible. If you need more graphics power in a laptop, your best bet is usually to sell what you have and buy another with the better graphics.
