Hi
I have a Dell optiplex 740 that I tweaked a bit. It has AMD athlon 4450B and 4Gb ddr2 ram with a nvidia gt 8400gs rev. 4 that I overclocked to 644 mhz (gpu clock) and 590 mhz (memory clock). I recently bought a 1080p monitor and I play league of legends on daily basis. The higher resolution brought my fps down (below 60 fps on very low) so I wanted to get a cheap gpu until I get a better pc. I want to get at least 60 fps on medium - low medium at 1080p. I have decided to go with the nvidia gt 730 2gb with passief cooling (limited by the built-in psu) and I wanted to know your opinion or maybe some of you know a better card in the same price range (max €60).

Unfortunately, not at that price, although it's not a good card anymore. Tom's current recommendation in the "e-Sports category" (i.e. 720p but possibly playable @ 1080p) is the R7 360 (http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-gpus,4380.html#p1), but it's about twice as much.

If you're only looking for a temporary replacement until you can a) save up enough for a much better GPU and b) save up for a much better PSU, then I would consider getting a GTX 750Ti. It's not only much better than the GT 730, it's ranked a little higher than the R7 360 (just with a slightly older architecture), & it's also in the 120-euro range. Just make sure that it's a 2GB VRAM version (if possible), & definitely make sure it's a model that doesn't need a 6- or 8-pin PCIe power connector, as that will work the best with your setup.

Hmmm. I'm not sure about that because then the cpu would bottleneck the gpu and all i want is 60ish frames at a decent quality, do you think the 730 can't achieve that?

All he want's to do is play LoL at 1080p 60fps as cheap as possible.
GT730 GDDR5 can do that (you don't even need 2GB VRAM for it )

Actually I made some adjustment to the case to fit the current card I have and its kind of the same size but i can't find a card that has GDDR5 here. They only have DDR3 and GDDR3. Also how about a gt 710 becuase the 730 runs the game at ultra in your video's.
