upgrading my 2009 alienware 51 liquid cooled gaming pc need some help.

well , now that dell will not help me with my gaming pc because they say its at the end of its life. I need help on my upgrade. I will be keeping my radeon 7950 hd dual video cards. I have a i7 2.8 processor turbo to 3.2 or 3.3 i believe. I can't upgrade that unless i upgrade the motherboard. I have a 550 watt power supply that i might have to upgrade. here are the specs on the pc except i upgrade the graphic cards a power supply. or maybe i should let it leave be. i was thinking of just buy a bundle pack of a cpu and motherboard. I am willing to spend up to 5 hundred or a little more for a upgrade. Any comments or suggestion are appreciated. Thanks BurgRat
