Justaguywhodoesntknowanything,
Welcome to Tom's!
I read your Private Message. Before I provide an answer to this Thread, I would respectfully like to suggest that you re-think your choice of Member Username.
Assuming you learn something here at Tom's, you may sometime down the road regret having branded yourself with the name you've chosen.
Now to answer your questions, as
burgessanthony has already mentioned, SpeedFan is a great utility. It's highly configurable, however, there's a bit of a learning curve, so it's not for the squeamish. Once you master it and get it tweaked in, it's really sweet. I've also been using it for many years and find it indispensable.
Concerning
Temperature 1 and the various other temperature sensors, SpeedFan will assigned names and parameter values to sensors according to your motherboard make and model, as well as other hardware such as the processor, chipset, VRM's, HDD, SSD, graphics card, fans and so on. The names that SpeedFan chooses don't always make sense, but once you positively identify your hardware devices, you can re-name them to whatever you like by a simple right-click.
Concerning temperature
Offsets, it's not recommended to change the default values. After you have gained a thorough understanding of the temperatures at which various hardware elements are typically expected to operate, then you might consider changing an offset value
IF you're certain that it's not accurate.
To get yourself up to speed on SpeedFan, see the following:
(1) In your Windows Start Menu, go to the SpeedFan Program Group and click on "Help and HOW-TO".

You might also Google up YouTube videos as well as other SpeedFan tutorials and information.
Good luck!
