Razer Deathstalker Chroma Volume Controls Not Working!

So, I just replaced my old Dell keyboard with a new Razer Deathstalker Chroma keyboard. It works fine, I installed the Synapse program, but except some keys. All the main keys work, like the number keys, along with the arrows, letters, F1-12 keys, and the others like shift/alt/ctrl, etc. But the only keys that don't work are the volume buttons, pause break button, and the prt scrn.
I new to Razer so I don't really know what to do. If you can help it would be appreciated.

There should be an "FN" key on the bottom right side of the keyboard next to the CTRL and ALT keys. Some keyboards don't have/need the FN key to invoke the media function of the keys but Razer does. Have fun with your new keyboard!

EDIT: Actually any key with a grey box or rectangle on it has a function and needs the FN key to be pressed in order to use it. An example of this would be the sleep key near F11 or F10 as I cannot remember where mine is at the moment.
