Newegg doesn't give me the option to return my brand new graphics card

I just got my gpu today, and, essentially, it isn't compatible with my psu. I thought I did my research, but I didn't. So I went to newegg to issue a return/refund so I can get my money back, but there isn't an option for a refund like there is on another thing that I ordered.

Give them a call at 1 (800) 390-1119

They have always been helpful to me in the past. Just make sure to have your order number and other relevant info ready and you should be good to go.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Their customer service was amazing! I will get a 420 dollar refund for my 460 dollar gpu, and they'll pay for shipping! THank you so much dude, you just saved me 400 dollars
