ERROR. No boot disk has been detected or the disk has failed.

Hello I am getting the ERROR. No boot disk has been detected or the disk has failed message. I really dont know what to do since i had to use dban to clear a hard drive so i could reinstall windows completely new. Now after did that i get that message with the windows disk in the system. I also cant enter the bios because the screen just goes dark when i press f4 when it starts.

You need to boot to the dvd - which means you may have to get into bios to set it up so it will look to the dvd to boot.

I dont have igpu since the processor is cpu and i have a graphics card paired with it

1. Yes I can read.
2. Just because YOU can't get into bios doesn't mean it can't be done. In order to boot to the DVD, you still may have to get into bios to change the boot order.

It's really hard to tell because we don't know what motherboard we're dealing with. the GPU doesn't matter much since you do have an image, and we already know the hdd is empty so knowing those doesn't help much. we need the rest of the specs - all the specs

The only thing that i've read is that sometimes you can clear the bios settings(using a jumper) and it seems to have worked for some others
