Which one will pick for a better cooling, noise, OC and quality?

the evga card is a reference board with custom cooling while the pheonix is a custom board. personally i like both cards and both will oc the same and give the same performance. i do believe the pheonix was cooler however. review is linked in the thread as well.

Phoenix GS is a better pick here. Better oc and better cooling

I have the EVGA GTX 1060 SC and I am very happy with it. With GPU Boost 3.0 and decent case airflow it boosts to a steady 2012mhz @ 62C while gaming. It runs fairly quiet. I have not tried to OC it however.

I am not. I had contemplated downloading it but I read that peoples GPU's ran almost 60C at idle with it and having my pc on nearly 24/7 I just wanted to keep mine a little cooler.
