Is this the right upgrade for my current ram. (Pics in thread)

I'm trying to help my grandmother with her computer troubles. She has a laptop plugged into a docking station that she bought about 6 years ago. It originally came installed with Windows 7, but at some point it, according to her, automatically upgraded to Windows 10. She does literally nothing but check email, facebook, and pay bills online. No YouTube, No Netflix, not even Skype.

I can't justify getting her a new computer for her usage, but she is plagued by constant system lockups. I looked at her performance summary, and with no applications open, her computer is using 65% of her memory. When she is on Facebook, it goes up to 100%. I'm not familiar with laptop memory but I think I found a direct upgrade for her, but wanted some confirmation.

I need the exact model number of the samsung.

There should be a label on the back of the laptop. Take a photo of it and use http://tinypic.com/ to show it to me.

Remember harddrives only last 4-5 years average.
Probably the lockups are due to that.
