Is this used $800 CAD PC worth it?

I was looking for a faster used PC for gaming and this one caught my eye. I'm pretty new to PC gaming so I want a more experienced opinion on whether this is a good deal or not.

- Silverstone microATX case
- Intel core i5-4460 3.2 GHZ CPU
- EVGA SC GeForce GTX780 3GB
- Gigabyte B85M-D3H motherboard
- 2x8GB 1600 MHz RAM
- Adata 120GB SSD
- 2 @ Western Digital 1TB HDD
- 750W Corsair TX750 power supply
- Asus CD/DVD drive

It's definitely a solid build. Not really sure if $800 CAD is a good price though.

EDIT: after slapping together a similar build on partpicker.com, it seems like $800 CAD would be a reasonable price.

Thank you for the help but today I also found another PC for the same price. It has a similar processor but it can be overclocked. Would this PC have a noticeable performance difference?
