PSU making high pitched Noise

My Computer is 1 year old . I bought new graphic card (Nvidia Gigabyte GTX970 G1 gaming) 20 days ago and it was working allright, but two days ago I started hearing high pitched noise coming from my PSU. Before I could only hear it sometimes while playing newest games. Now I hear it while browsing google and watching video on youtube. My PSU have 550W. I also noticed on my OC Guru that when voltage reaches 1V this noise start.
So any tips?

That's your problem right there... PoS power supply that can't handle the new graphics card!

Replace it with a real power supply before it breaks.

Well I screwed up. I tought my PSU can handle GPU and Im broke right now.

Start saving money and maybe you can replace it before it dies on you. Just remember, if it dies, it can take out all your other components too (or just stop working, can't know which because that PSU has no reviews)
