What's the best gaming build I can get for 500€/$560?

Hey guys!

I was wondering what's the best gaming build I can get for around 500€/$560 with 4 cores and 16GBs of RAM? I already have a decent SSD and HDD.

What I've considered (CPU/MB/RAM):

1.) AMD A10-7870K + GIGABYTE F2A88X-D3HP + Kingston 2x8GB DDR3 2400MHz
2.) Intel Core i5-4460 + MSI B85M-G43 + Crucial 2x8GB DDR3 1600 MHz

no the gtx 950 is alot faster . as for RAM , you can add another 8G later when you have money dont worry.

I would go for choice 2.) Intel Core i5-4460 + MSI B85M-G43 + Crucial 2x8GB DDR3 1600 MHz.
AMD arch is too old for current gen games and programs, you are better off with a i5-4460, which can basically run any video card you want without losing much FPS.
