I want to build a gaming PC that would run all the titles at 1080p. Budget is 30000 Indian Rupees

30000 rupees=around £341. if this is correct, This is impossible. by ALL titles i presume you mean some new games aswell such as GTA V or No Man's Sky etc. you will not run them on high settings/1080p/steady frame rate for that.

Here is a pretty good/cheap build that is close to this price you are looking to spend and will put up a good fight against most titles. Bear in mind this doesn't include an OS. you can also change some parts if you wish to suit the price you need if it is too much. (Also note pc part picker is probably the best site to build your Desktop PC from) http://
