ive been playing cs go on this computer and it was runnign 60fps no problem and all of a sudden it is now only running 20fps at the most im new to computer gaming an dont know much so im just looking for some help ( 1 x Core i7 6700 / 3.4 GHz - RAM 8 GB - SSD 120 GB, HDD 1 TB - GF GTX 1070 - GigE - WLAN : 802.11ac - Win 10 Home 64-bit)
sudden low frame rate on computer

no i had it turned off for 2 days and tried to play and still get low frame rate i moved the tower on top of my desk so it would get more air as well an still nothing i tried changing the setting in the game and even on low settings i get 20 fps. i also tried changing the resolution to 1366 x 768 and that made it stay at about 30 fps but still no 60 fps
