I am using a i7 6850K, Rampage V edition 10, evga gtx 1080 ftw SLI currently,
I mainly use it for gaming. Please recommend the ram kit and a speaker for this setup.
My monitor is PG348Q btw. Expecting ram around $200-400 and speakers around $200-800 (all in USD)

If you get passive bookshelf speakers you'll still need an amp, what that mobo has is a headphone amp, it probably can't handle passive 5"+ bookshelf speakers

Take a look at the Klipsch Reference RB-61/RB-41 II speakers and similarly rated ones from polk, jbl, etc. You may want to contact sddx (mod here) about better choices (amazing amount of information/experience in sound that sddx has ;) )
For that system and only gaming, any cheap 2400MHz+ 32gb 4x8 set should be good enough

As for speakers, plenty of options out there depending on what you need them for. Hell, do you even need speakers? How about nice headphones instead? For that price you can get some bookshelf speakers+amp for casual music and a HD598/better headphone for gaming
