i want to connect internet connect from point A to point B distance A--B 300+meters.

At point A got internet 15Mbps. how to connect ?????

can i use 150m single cable and put switch n pull another 150m, does it works????????

Pretty long distance there, it's best you consult with a professional to survey your exact need. Max Cat5/6/7 length is ~100m, so you'll be needing at least two repeaters.

For that type of distance, you might be better off switching to fiber with something like https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003AVRLZI/ or WiFi( with high gain directional antennas)
