I have msi z97 gaming 3 motherboard, i5 4440 , kingston hyperx 8gb+4gb ram, 2tb hdd and zotac gtx 970 4gb
is CORSAIR SMPS CX600 smps enough for power supply ??

^^ just have to repeat what other people have said, yes 600W is enough for your system but stay away from the Corsair CX series PSU's are they are poorly constructed. there are some really good units at the same price as that psu such as the XFX TS 550w, Seasonic S12II 620W or EVGA G2 550W all of these are really well built and will last you 5-10 years if you treat them right. FYI (A good quality PSU will out live any other computer part)

That PSU is more than enough for your setup, 600W is overkill, actually. You would probably only need around a 500W PSU, and that is still too much, but it's better than not enough, I guess...

So yeah, that PSU is more than enough for your setup :)
