What ram should i choose

Ram speed is largely irrelevant.
Higher speed comes with higher cas numbers negating most of the benefit.
One figure of merit is to divide the speed by the cas number.
Here is a study on ram scaling:

Higher speed ram comes with the need for more than the stock 1.2v.
I suspect higher ram voltage will inhibit your maximum overclock.

My suggestion is to save a bit and use the budget elsewhere.
Look at the corsair LPX 2400 speed.

Fancy heat spreaders are mostly marketing and sell for a higher price.
Worse, they may conflict with a cooler.
I would avoid them.

I would not be overly concerned with shortened life of 1.35v ram.

To answer your question, budget was not the issue for me.
I picked the lpx 2400 ram I linked.

Ah okay, because i have ddr4 2400mhz 15cl but i seem to get little spikes ingame, while fps doesn't even drop. Not even sure if this is the ram causing it. :(
