Crashes on shutdown, now won't turn on at all

My pc was crashing on shutdown for a few weeks, now it will not turn on at all, the psu can still be turned on by shorting it though, not sure what to try next, I appreciate any help offered

Cheers for the help, but turns out it was simply faulty wires or a bad connection, stripping the power wires and touching them together seems to make it work fine, sorry to waste anyone's time
