Hey guy's

As you can see in the title I got a crazy deal on my i5 4670k to replace it with i7 4790k ...my mb is (gigabyte z87-hd3) .. So I know all the tips except the bios update , should I update it before installing the cpu or install it first then update it ?

Just checked the CPU list, it supports the 4790K since BIOS version F7, so you'll have to flash with this version or any above. You need to update it with your current i5, and only then you'll be able to install the i7.

i will update the bios with the Q-flash way (put the update in a usb , then from the bios load the usb and the update)>>>> what do you recommend ?
