yesterday I called newegg to get a refund for my gpu which I just found out was in compatible with my system. They made an exception, and now I'm getting 85% of my money back. I just realized that when I took the card out and tried installing it, I lost a cover for the sli bridge. I was told that everything shipped with th e card needed to come back, but I was wondering if they would make an exception for such a small thing.
Also, is there a way to check the status of this rma?
