I think your CPU cooler could be improved upon, as well as the power supply.

I would recommend a CM Hyper 212X dual fan, it can handle over 200 watts just like the 212 EVO but as improved fans to make it quieter.

I would recommend a SuperNOVA G2 of the same wattage.

Not in all cases. The H60 from Corsair is a very basic model and will likely get rather loud trying to keep your CPU cool, assuming it doesn't just overheat.

Also, it's very important that you don't skimp on the PSU (which you have). The PSU delivers voltage to all of the internal components, meaning that a low quality PSU can reduce the lifespan of your components. Also, if the PSU were to fail, it could destroy other components as well.

You don't need aftermarket cooling, on a locked CPU. B150 boards do not support more than DDR4 2133 speeds. Definitely should go with a better PSU. Evga B2/G2/P2/GS, XFX 550/650w, and Corsair CX550m/650m, would be much better units, than that B1 unit.

It's not the board that needs changing... You simply don't need RAM above 2133MHz, anything higher will be downclocked to 2133MHz and will be a waste of money.

You should get 2133MHz RAM, is what he's trying to say. 2400MHz is a waste of money for a B150 board.

It's hit or miss with that cooler... Sometimes they work really well, but there are a lot of people that have problems with it.

If you can get your money back, the stock cooler will be acceptable for a non-K SKU CPU.

Yes, although it may be rather loud. But the H60 would not be very quiet either because it's got a rather basic pump and the coolant isn't the best.
