As the title points out. My RAM memory gets very hot. All other parts are OK. Even the GPU never goes above 75c when in full benchmark. The memory temp is normally around the 65c idle. but when i run Dell's own memory test (or any other memory test) temp goes up to 90c.

Here is what i did. I tried another memory bank. Same temps.
What more can i try? And are these temps WAY to high?

Thank you!

Stress testing tends to send anything under that stress to go up in terms of temperature. So the first thing you should note is that you may be suffering from inadequate airflow in your chassis while you're subjecting your system/memory to stresses that are rarely seen in real world scenarios. Might I ask why you're stress testing your rams? If the system is working while under real world loads then you should leave it alone.

On that note, what is your Dell workstation's SKU?

You should have a small fan aimed at the memory modules to save them from damage.
