Does anyone know of a utility, app, software, or anything that can find bottlenecks with your CPU, Memory, Graphics, Motherboard, SSD, etc?

My system just feels like it isn't running as fast as it should.

Sabertooth 990fx rev 2
FX-8350 with OC to 4.5 with liquid cooling
Asus R7 480 gb SSD
Sapphire Radeon 7870...hopefully rx-480 soon
Lepa G1000 PSU
16 gb 2400 MHz Ram...not sure the brand.

Thanks

There is no comprehensive all in one tester. Except for the nastiest game you have at its extreme gpu settings. The worst I have is Metal Gear Solid V, which when set to a 4k render at 1080p output and max ultra settings will drive my gtx970 to 99% usage and my cpu to 53%. So, no bottleneck for me.
Asus ROG RealBench

Is the memory running at 2400MHz? Speeds above 1866MHz have to be configured in BIOS.

What are your CPU temps on Prime95? Anything above 55C on the CPU and/or 63C on the core will cause it to thermal throttle. AMD chips need to be kept cooler than Intel chips.

How full is your SSD?

Have you rebuilt the pagefile recently? Loading a large pagefile that's full of junk can really slow a system down.

Running Prime95 I top out at 47c in a room that is at 75f....with it OC'd to 4.5 ghz. And yes, I did configure the memory in the bios. The SSD is about half full...I did rebuild the page file...no miracle.

However, I think you misunderstand what I am after. It is just a general feeling....it seems like it should be faster. I guess no one has made any software to check for bottlenecks......just have to do it the old fashioned way.

Process hacker+GPU-z + running your game (or whatever) in a window, you can set up hacker to show you pretty much anything as you can see,CPU usage of only the running prog, disk read/write,private bytes(sysmem used by game) ,even i/o and network usage, but the most important one is the separate window that shows you the threads of the game/prog running, if any one thread reaches close to 12.5% (100% / 8 cores) usage it's a CPU bottleneck.
GPU-z will show you a lot about your GPU.
