Computer build only stays on for ~20 seconds

I just finished my first build and when I first started it up, nothing came up on the monitor despite being hooked up with a DVI-D to DVI-D cable straight from my graphics card. In addition to that, it only stayed on for ~20 seconds before the power supply made a tick sound and the computer quit. I made sure all the fans were spinning, made sure the RAM was in the right slots, but no change. Is there anything I could do to fix this? The link to my build is below:

That list was very helpful. I took apart the whole thing, and upon close inspection, I realised that half of the CPU pins on the motherboard were bent in the same direction. I can only guess that happened because I screwed the heatsink on too tight. Good thing it was only $50.

I reset all the connections and tried again, but no change. I then tried running it without RAM, the SSD, the internal hard drive, and the graphics card, still the same result.
