USB wifi adaptor vs. powerline

Hi, i would like to know whether its better to buy a wifi adapter or a powerline adapter for a gaming desktop? I dont want to buy an internal wifi adapter, because i dont really understand the computers. I also read that usb wifi adapters are making a lot of problems. Thanks for your advice.

Powerline would probably be better for gaming. I use USB adapters here nothing wrong with them. But I dont game on them.

But I also game on a Xbox which is using wireless as well. It seems to work fine tho

Read the reviews on that site. I've never used them myself. But it looks like people like the one you posted

Altho if you modem supports gigabit ports it maybe better if you get gb powerlinks. It maybe better for you

Gigabit is the LAN ports on it. Some modems support 10/100. Others support 10/10 and 1000. 1000 is Gigabit

That modem may not support 1000. That powerline should be fine
