So i just built a new pc with some new parts some old. I installed the new parts into the case with no problem, upon me powering it on the motherboard led lights turned on, no beep, and no q led lights were on. I checked the cable connections to the gpu but they were all solid. I waited for boot, with no luck. Im semi-new to pc building so any and all advice on what the issue could be would be much appriciated.
