Then you can get pretty much any system out there, including the higher end builders like Digital Storm, Falcon Northwest, Origin. All of them are fairly equal.

For a system with a $3,000 budget you can get a Core i7 system and a 1080 video card with no issues. Just visit the vendors sites, see which one you like better. I also suggest going a bit over the stock power supply.

Looks like a Falcon Northwest with an i5-6600K and a nVidia 1080 is about $2,500.

This is a good site also to configure a PC http://www.xoticpc.com/

You can save maybe 300 building your own, depending on the vendor.
Need a budget. For a pre-built system with "great graphics" etc... you are looking at over $1,000 for anything half-way decent even. I just did a quick sample Core i5-6500 build with an nVidia 1060 video card and it came up to $1,300. If you are OK with that try https://www.maingear.com/custom/desktops/vybe/index.php Or http://www.velocitymicro.com/wizard.php?iid=193 but you'd need to upgrade the video card from the stock ones. This may also be OK http://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/predator-g3-series

I'd stay away from the WalMart and BestBuy "gaming" systems, they all have low quality power supplies and most have weaker video cards.
