Hello, I have used these forums to great success before and I have not forgotten about my experience. I was hoping to see what you guys can come up with as far as a new build for gaming with a limit of around 1500 dollars. Give or take 100. Thank you in advanced for your replies.

Hi arhb2014!
Somebody else just asked me about this so I don't even have to do any work! Assuming you already have a keyboard, mouse, and monitor, the give/ take $100 will be the operating system.

CPU- Devils canyon is an absolute beast! It'll last forever with a water cooler, and when other processors start to surpass it, just give it an OC!
Cooler- With a devils canyon, even thought Intel promised 5 GHz on air, it's just so much torsion on the mobo with a big air cooler, so here's a cheap water cooler that fits in your case. It'll keep that cool even under an awesome OC.
Mobo- There's not much to say besides it looks awesome, can overclock, and fits all of the other parts. Oh, and its Micro ATX, so you can fit it anywhere any PC will fit.
Memory- It's high speed, overclockable RAM. Not much else to say but comes in may colors. You'll have to raise the voltage to get your speeds, but I bet you'd want to OC the CPU anyway. It will still work on 1.5 volts, just not to its full potential.
Storage- This is where I cheaped out. Its a decent SSD that will hold out until you can get a higher capacity M.2 SSD. Of course, if you want to build and never touch the inside again, 480 GB is enough for a lot of people.
GPU- PCPartPicker doent let you choose the founders edition (because you can only get it from Nvidia.com) so I'd rather see you get that one an OC it yourself because if you remember its debut in a hot Texas nightclub, it was OCed to 2.1 at a cool 67 degrees.
Case- Its a case that fits the coolers and has a side windows. It has enough room for that cooler I mentioned above, and three intake fans will supply that air cooled 1080 with plenty cool air.
Power Supply- I went with a modular one because its a small case. EVGA Supernovas are quality and maintain their peak voltages, not just hit them and die. You can OC with it no problem.
WLAN- You can cut this if your doing wired like I like, but it supports dual band for gaming.
Chassis fans- The best ones I could get four of for $60 (when I was coosing, I did this last and that was the remainiing budget). They do variable air flow, but when you set your curve, make sure you do it off of GPU NOT CPU temps because your CPS is water cooled. These fans can do variable voltages for maxim balance between quiet when cool and loud(ish) when hot.
Like your thread mentions, it uses mostly new key components where it counts for power.
The color schemes red, so I hope you like that color. ;)
Hope this helps!
