For i5 6500 + 8gb RAM 2400mhz (Corsair, maybe 16gb, depends price of mobo) + gtx 750ti 2gb(temporaly)

I don't know about XMP profiles, and I'm not OC nothing. (Explain me about XMP pleeeease).

All componentes are temp, maybe in 2 years I can buy a better pc.

Thanks :)

except z170 motherboards all other chipsets can only have 2133 mhz ram , ram with higher frequency than 2133 like 2400,2666,3000,3200 have xmp profiles which when activated run at the specified frequency on a z170 motherboard.
generally you can't OC a locked processor unless you flash your bios to an older one, so i think it's better u go with the b150 motherboard.

Specifications of B150 P/Gaming Aura says: RAM 2133 (Support XMP) but, I only can use 2133 right? I don't understand :(

The difference is big between RAM 2133mhz and 2400 or more?
I use this pc for Gaming and programming.

you won't notice any difference between 2133 and 2400 in games , your motherboard will run the ram at 2133mhz with no issues.
