So I did my first build, I started with only my HDD (forgot to start with SSD) and my optical drive until my extra data cable came in.
I tried going through the process of cloning everything and adding the SSD where it would be my boot device.
At first it worked, but then I tried to add the HDD, it said "reboot and select proper boot device..." message.
I tried taking SSD out and going back with HDD, but nothing will work now I can't even get on.

I would really appreciate any help, I didn't have anything important on my PC yet since it is new, so if there is a way I can just wipe everything and restart thats fine.

Heres my build in case you need to know any of the parts.

Before you clone, many people recommend taking a backup for this reasoning. At the looks if it, as it is only new, it is probably easier just to reinstall the OS on your SSD manually, rather than cloning.

If you have a spare PC at hand, install the SSD into the computer and reformat it, and it will basically wipe it. Then, reinstall that back into your PC and go through the process of installing Windows or whatever OS you're using. After that, you can install your HDD and you'll be good to go.
