how much wattage for the r9 380

i have an 450 watt power supply and i need to know if i can handle r9 380 4gb gaming.
SPECS:
CPU: amd athlon x4 860k
PSU: corsair vs450 450 watt
RAM: hyper x black 4gb 2x
MOBO: asrock fm2a58m-dg3+
HDD: seagate 500gb 7200rpm

if not please leave some good gpu suggestions thank you.

The VS450 may be fine for the R9 380 seen as it operates with a single 12v rail but i wouldn't risk it, i recommend you get a 500W+ PSU and i wouldn't recommend Crosair, though they are a good brand, EVGA/seasonic are more reputable when it comes to PSU and they have some for pretty cheap over at Amazon. just make sure you get one with 80+ Certification (All good PSUs should have this). Also getting more than 500W will better future proof system...
