Hi,
I have a core i7 920 with an ASUS P6T and 12GB of tripple channel memory. My current gfx card is a GTX 750Ti. Would it be worth it to replace the GTX 750Ti with a GTX 970?

Thanks!

Solution
Your system is more than capable of pumping data over to the GTX970. Aged as it may be, Nehalem CPU's are still beefy in today's market.

Why is that exactly? I am so out of touch with hardware these days.
