Help choosing first build: i5-4460 and gtx 960 or i3-6100 and rx 470?

Hi guys! This is my first time building (or even buying) a PC. I have a budget of around £600 and I have two different builds that I'm having trouble choosing between. I'll be using it for general gaming. Which would be the better choice?

the 960 is outdated and EOl, you would be better off with the second build, however, I would advise that you save up a little more for a week or so until you can afford the 480, because it should only be like ~£20 more expensive and give better performance.
