So i recently built a pc and everything works amazingly, I had steam downloaded, was able to download the Witcher 3, csgo and evolve stage 2 in about an hour, whats happening now is when i start downloading GTA 5 and it also did this with the forest but that's a small game so i waited, is it'll jump to about 20MBps the drop to 700-900KBps and it often drops to 0Bps, its about half the time 0 and half 900KB. So i was hoping someone would know how to fix this as games like GTA that are 67GB would take an eternity.
