in my budget AMD A8-7600 APU OR AMD FX-4300 looks best deal.

CPU Mark:
AMD FX-4300 : 4620
AMD A8-7600 APU: 5177

AMD A8-7600 APU looks less power consumption and better score, but i google and found FX-4300 performance is better than A8-7600

will fx-4300 give better FPS than A8-7600 with Dedicated GPU.

one more question: is Fx-4300 from AMD Bulldozer Family ?

P.S:
i will use dedicated GPU ( RX 460 or 470 4 GB)
i know it's old CPU but new CPU is costly here :O

thanks

The FX-4300 and A8-7600 are both technically from the Bulldozer "Construction Cores" family. The 4300 is a 2nd generation "Piledriver" CPU, while the A8-7600 is a 3rd-generation "Steamroller" CPU. The A8 will be slightly faster per clock and slightly more power efficient. You may as well get an Athlon x4 rather than the A8, as it's the same CPU only cheaper and with the iGPU disabled, which you wouldn't use anyway. However, there are exactly zero upgrade options if you go with the A8 or Athlon x4, whereas the FX-4300 has an FX-6300 or FX83xx as upgrade options.

A used Core i3, even an old one, would be significantly better than either however, and offer a much better upgrade path. Is this an option where you live?

Athlon x4 is around $160 !. i3 6100 is an option here which will cost around $160.
over all build with i3 6100 + DDR4 RAM + Motherboard will increase cost $70 - $100, i think it is only best option for me.

i don't know about local store price, but online store is selling at $133 for i3 4160 and $130 for i3 3220. i3 6100 ( $138 ) seems future proof with few more Dollars.

If you can swing the i3 6100, it's definitely a more future-proof option. FM2+ and AM3 are both dead sockets now, whereas socket 1151 will be receiving 2 more generations of CPUs, and will have i5's and i7's available should you want more performance.
