Would an A10-7300 Radeon R6 Mobile APU benefit from faster RAM?

My laptop is a lenovo z50-75, with the aforementioned apu. ive seen that the max speed ram supported is ddr3 1600, and it currently has ddr3 800. would upgrading to 1600MHz ram be a significant upgrade to cpu/gpu performance? all answers are appreciated.

DDR3 1600 MHz memory may sometimes show as DDR3 800 MHz, 800 MHz is the real clock speed. So its the same.
