I have an Asus M5A99FX Pro 2.0 motherboard that has been sent to Sellersburg, IN for repairs. I have a RMA #. I have called their # several times and it goes to the Philippines. Each time I call I am told something different. But nobody can tell me if they have it and what they are going to do with it. Do you have a # for Asus that I can talk to and get an answer?
I have been told that they don't have the part, it is repairable. can't find a replacement. and the repair establishment isn't open at 11:37 in the morning.
It was a good motherboard until it needed warranty repairs and then NOTHING.
Maybe the warranty should read BUYER BEWARE!!!
