upgrading gpu will it be compatible/ fit in case

Here are my specs,
300w psu
Hewlett-Packard 304Bh (XU1 PROCESSOR)
Intel Core i5 750 @ 2.67GHz
12GB Ram
Case is a : HP COMPAQ 8100 ELITE CONVERTIBLE MINITOWER
(my old ram was 4 gb upgraded to 12gb)

Please reply with a yes or no/reasoning because I am interested thanks

No. You'll be fine the OC the gfx card has is very minor. I've had that card and several other GTX 750 Ti that need no 6-pin. They rarely make it to the rated 60W TDP load. That card was designed especially for OEM rigs like yours.
