Hi all, I'm considering an upgrade to either a gtx 970 or 1060 or of the like.However my pic is starting to age and am wondering if it's worth it as these cards might be wasted on it.

Asus M4A88T-I delux, has pcie x16 2.0
Crosshair ddr3 1600mhz ram
Evga gtx 480
Oh ho, I have been playing No Mans Sky and I just tried hwmonitor and the 4 cores of my processor fluctuate around 50~60% but the gpu is around 90%. So the question is how good of a gpu should I get before I might as well buy a new pc?
